Ben is a second-year Accelerated Master of Public Policy candidate at the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from UVA in 2020. As a Graduate Research Assistant with the Global Policy Center and the UVA Humanitarian Collaborative, Ben supports the Collaborative’s work on Early Childhood Development in Crisis Contexts and the Collaborative’s partnerships with Sesame Workshop. He is also completing his Applied Policy Project in this field, working with UNICEF to improve child care in crisis contexts. Outside of his work with the Global Policy Center, Ben is a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Economics of Public Policy I, serves on UVA Student Council, and performs with the Charlottesville Symphony.
